Verizon had a perception problem. Known for being technical and utility-driven, they wanted to evolve into something more human, a live, work, play brand that people actually wanted to be around. They came to us to imagine what that could look like in the real world.

The opportunity was big and the canvas even bigger. I led the team in concepting 4 distinct creative directions for a full takeover of Penn Station at Madison Square Garden, one of New York City's most iconic and high-traffic destinations. Each concept explored a different way to bring Verizon's new brand world to life, creating a memorable, destination-worthy experience that could shift perception at scale and serve as a model for future locations.
Concept 1 — Time Machine
A three-part journey through the legendary history of Madison Square Garden. Guests begin at digital kiosks exploring iconic moments in music, sports, and culture, then move through an LED hallway that builds anticipation before stepping into the main event: a 4D, 360° immersive Sphere where you don't just watch history, you feel like you were there. And see yourself in the crowd.
Concept 2 — V-Hive Sound Studio
A love letter to New York's musical soul. The V-Hive blends a premium listening lounge with a hands-on music creation studio, designed for both deep audio immersion and collaborative creativity. Whether you're a seasoned producer or have never touched a mixing board, this is a space that makes everyone feel like an artist.
Concept 3 — Story Portal
The world's first physically immersive, AI-generated story creator. Guests choose their themes, settings, characters, and existing IP to let Verizon's network spin them a story, or build their own from scratch. A living, breathing demonstration of what the network makes possible when technology meets imagination.
Concept 4 — Cyber Café
A fully immersive trip through the internet's past, present, and future. Retro designs and nostalgic communication technologies are reimagined with today's capabilities, creating something that feels like a children's museum adults won't want to leave. Part exhibition, part playground, all possibility.
